Helen is from the US: she grew up in Minnesota and is now in her final semester of university in Boston, Massachusetts. She has been vegetarian since age 7 (2003!) and vegan for 2 years. She loves sharing with others how easy and delicious eating vegan can be, even while traveling. She also loves exercising, swimming, reading, trying vegan makeup products, and playing with her cats!
