I’m soooo impressed with the quantity and quality of vegan options a ‘The Shop’ in Troy, NY. With warm and inviting decor accented by hand crafted wooden tables and chairs, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and some amazing signature cocktails- this hip joint has it goin’ on. Plus it’s definitely the most vegan-friendly place in Troy right now. I mean, just LOOK at those hunks of seitan!
