My fave thing right now is that the people in the dining halls at my school know me so well that they ask me what vegan things I want them to order or see me and go \”I got vveeeeegaaaaan sandwicheessss!\” <3

Vienna vegan bakery, “Nom Nom,” does things right with the most decadent brownies ever. Also, the staff were super lovely…But look at this brownie!

Thailand has been amazing so far! Can\’t believe this week has just blown by! Sorry for the lack of updates, though. It\’s due to a mix of poor internet access and feeling really unwell for a few days. As wonderful as it is, I may just be allergic to Thailand! Bring on the surgical masks!

Where are you staying in Bangkok?
There are two ways to get into the city from the airport and both are safe and affordable. You can take the BTS (Train) from the airport to the mainline in Bangkok. From there you can go anywhere along the BTS line.

Ross and I walked about 6k along the coast/through the woods/up and around a mountain today! Super fun, super beautiful, suuuuper challenging!

South Korea update: the air is so cold that it kind of burns, but the CURRY is so good that it warms you right back up!

Our time in Japan went by ridiculously fast! Headed to South Korea today! Not at all ready for this kind of cold. It\’s -4 Celsius!

Been bouncing all over Japan these past few days. In that bouncing, we found an amazing little Indian-Nepalese restaurant in Kanazawa. Can\’t wait to add the listing and tell you all about it!

In another of New Zealand\’s many libraries- booking some things for Japan and beyond! Good free wifi is hard to come by around here so it\’s really fortunate that the public libraries are so nice!

We\’re in Wellllingtonnnn! Super excited! We received an amazingly warm welcome from an old vegan friend last night and now we\’re off to adventure in the city! We hear there\’s an amazing and incredibly greasy junk-food tofu burger around here somewhere… Bring it on!
