When you gotta clear your sinuses, always go with pho from Loving Hut. I’ve only been to four locations (so far), but they’re my favorite chain restaurant. @vegannomad in PDX

Thank you! I feel like Loving Huts are widely underrated. Some are better than others but overall it’s truly such a great chain. 🙂

I went to The Grange in Providence, RI and being someone from the south, imagine how excited I was to find a place that serves vegan fried green tomatoes. One of my all-time favorite foods! But I ate ’em too fast, so I took a photo of this heavenly crème brûlée. @vegannomad in PDX

Between meeting new friends, eating ridiculous amounts of vegan food, staying in the same hotel as my favorite onscreen couple once did, and telling Bronson Pinchot just how much I adore him in person… True Romance Fest May 1-2, 2015 was probably the coolest weekend of my life. @vegannomad in PDX

This looks so good! I had a similar meal this past weekend from a place called Soul Vegan in Chicago– the local Whole Foods carry their prepared foods line. I’m sure yours was better since I ate mine cold in the airport waiting on my delayed flight, but still, I can’t pass up vegan soul food!

Today, I sat in a car for four hours then stood in a line for two hours. All for vegan cake. (Vegan Treats funfetti cake to be exact) @vegannomad in PDX

For two months of 2015, I was traveling out west and this was one of my favorite spots. Green in Phoenix, AZ is not only home of the best vegan burgers in the country but some lasting memories with great friends. 💕 @vegannomad in PDX

One year ago, I went to Los Angeles to stay at the Safari Inn for True Romance Fest. While there, I had the BEST DONUTS EVER from Donut Friend. Made the right call getting the room with a full kitchen because, you know, donut storage. 🍩 #TBT @vegannomad in PDX
