He totally dug the iconic vegan noms at Blackbird, but their is a special place in his heart (& stomach ?) for the less elegant and prestigious philly cheese subs served up at the Loving Hut in Matawan, NJ of all slightly askew locations This is why I had specified geographical accuracy.
