@vegannomad in PDX. There’s nothing like expecting to just eat toast at brunch then finding out that there are legit vegan things for you to eat 😊. @vegannomad Is Throwback Tuesday a thing? My friend was visiting from out of state, and the only place in Austin that he insisted on visiting was Capital City Bakery. He is the smartest person I know. This bakery is the cutest 100% vegan bakery. Their cupcakes were creative and delicious (think Arnold Palmer and Lavender)… They had cheesecake…[Read more]

Oh, you should absolutely go! The staff is so cute, the food is so good, and the music was on-point. Austin is a very vegan-friendly place :).

Doesn’t it?! Grasshopper is one of the only places I know that’s nailed down both the texture and taste for vegan Chinese. And the family is so sweet… It’s surprising that not as many people know about it.

@vegannomad I’m a person who loves taking cute pictures of my food, but I couldn’t stop myself from taking a giant bite out of this mouth-watering Chickpea Fritter Sandwich from Clover Food Lab (Cambridge, MA). They say if you love something, you should let it go. I don’t think any of those people have held this sandwich…

Can’t go home without going to Veggie Galaxy. Their Vegan Egg and Cheese comes on incredible sourdough bread and has some sort of amazing secret sauce on it… It tastes even better when you chase it down with Sweet Potato Carrot Cake :).
