Can’t go home without going to Veggie Galaxy. Their Vegan Egg and Cheese comes on incredible sourdough bread and has some sort of amazing secret sauce on it… It tastes even better when you chase it down with Sweet Potato Carrot Cake :). I love revisiting my favorite vegan/vegan-friendly places, and I hope to check out some new places at the Vegan Beer & Food Fest in PDX!!!!
