Do you ever bake things when you’re bored? I made these vegan peanut butter cookies a few weekends ago and it was totally worth turning on the oven on a hot day!

Here’s a throwback to the time I visited Penn Hills Resort in Pennsylvania. This place used to be a honeymoon resort but it closed down in 2009 and was abandoned shortly after. Now it’s pretty creepy!

I had to walk here in rainy, warm, and humid weather but the bagels and vegan cream cheese at Grindcore House are always worth it. This spread was made with Kalamata olives too!

I recently stopped by Vegan Commissary in Philadelphia, PA and found out that they make amazing sandwiches. I’m slowly making my way to try all the vegan options here (there are a TON)!
