I recently stopped by Vegan Commissary in Philadelphia, PA and found out that they make amazing sandwiches. I’m slowly making my way to try all the vegan options here (there are a TON)!

    It sure is! It’s a brunch sandwich with a tofu egg, arugula, scrapple and this really good vegan cheese sauce.

  That looks wonderful! I live in Charlotte NC and vegan options are hard to find. We are going to England, France, Germany and Italy soon and I am relying on HappyCow to get me through.
