I hope everyone had a great weekend!!
This past weekend @codyk and I took a road trip to Buffalo and visited Amy’s Place, a breakfast diner that has a wide variety of vegan options.
We tried their hot wings for the first time, and they were fantastic! So good, that I think I am going to attempt to duplicate them!
I made a big ol’ batch of seitan yesterday with the intention of making bbq and/or hot wings with it! Let me know how yours turn out 🙂
It’s so awesome to be able to make your own! I love being inspired by dishes at restaurants.
