If you’d like to rent a cabin and go snowshoeing in Allenspark, Colorado in April…remember to take food with you! There’s one cafe and there are zero vegan choices. Another option, is to drive into Estes Park to find a few places that you can modify the menu to be vegan. (or go to Safeway) The views are amazing and the trails are fantastic! @vegannomad in PDX
