If you’d like to rent a cabin and go snowshoeing in Allenspark, Colorado in April…remember to take food with you! There’s one cafe and there are zero vegan choices. Hungry in Arizona, everyone said to go to In-N-Out, Nope! We went to True Foods Kitchen. I highly recommend the veggie board and kale-aid! Then go back and get the quinoa burger and sweet potato hash…and more kale-aid! @vegannomad in PDX

Ahaha.. what advice did he give you?
“Don’t yell hi, to your friend Jack, across a crowded airport. Also not a good idea to yell bomb, either.” Hahaha. I seriously loved that guy. Just sitting on bench, talking about nothing in particular and then every so often gives out random advice!
