Greek Easter dinner last night. Lemon dill brown rice a beautiful salad with those kalamata olives and a lovely artichoke (my fav) !

I always have a hard time picking which scramble to get at Watercourse! Gotta love a place that not only has an extensive vegan breakfast menu, but also serves breakfast ALL DAY. Be still, my heart <3

Last time I was there was in October just last year, right before Halloween. Denver is a great city! Do you live there?

Oh I love the fall here! I live a little bit outside of Denver, but Watercourse is only a 30 minute drive away 🙂
