Hello!! I’m from Malta and just lately that one can find outlets that offer vegan and vegetarian cuisine on the Island. There is still a long way to go but we are on the right track. I also manage a 4 star resort in the north of the Island and I have introduced vegan and vegetarian dishes in all our outlets. We also organise two large vegan and vegetarian events one indoors and the other on our private sandy beach in summer. I have also introduced a healthy smoothie and juice bar for summer. As we are also planning an extension for next year, we will also have a ’healthy lifestyle concept restaurant’, a coffee and salad bar and a new spa. I am travelling to Berlin in December, anyone with good suggestions on vegan outlets and activities?
