Hi, I’m new to vegantravel. I checked out the site a few month ago already, but finally registered today. I’d love to get to know a few fellow vegans around the world, so let me know of you’re around north Germany by chance. I was lucky enough to spent a few month in Canada lately (Ontario) and was amazed about the vegan options there. Although Germany is quite progressive regarding veganism in many places, I was very surprised by the variety of food I could eat in Canada. I’m always checking out vegan restaurants and fairs wherever I go because I’m a foody 😀 I’m looking forward to add all those places to the travelers map so I can share my knowledge.
I’m vegan for about 2 years now, maybe longer, idk really. I transitioned slowly, being vegetarian for 15 years. I’m looking forward to travel a bit more in the next time. Road trip at the West coast of Canada (BC), visiting a friend in Morocco and hiking through Perugia, Italy is on my list at the moment.
