1 year ago this week I took an awesome road trip through 4 National Parks (Canyonlands, Arches, Yellowstone, Grand Teton) and ate some great #vegan food along the way. I’ll never forget it. @vegannomad in PDX.
Did you pop over to the Badlands National Park? It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen!!
We didn’t! We had thought about it — and also Zion. However, we lost some travel time because I actually got food poisoning off a Sofritas burrito at Chipotle (what?!) on our way, and also got stuck in a snow storm through Utah. We were meeting my friends from Canada in Yellowstone, so we had to cut some things to stay on schedule.
