Getting back to the real world from Costa Rica has it’s ups and downs, but I certainly made sure to bring home some goodies to enjoy with my wonderful Saturday morning waffle routine. Threw in some dark chocolate covered Costa Rica coffee beans into the batter along with some ripe bananas and topped it with some cute little clementines in the shape of a heart to show my waffle love. Also drinking a cup of Costa Rica origin coffee to round it out. 😛 @vegannomad in PDX.
