One of the things I loved eating the most while I was in Costa Rica were plantains. It was amazing being able to but some fresh plantains from a street stand, take them back to the farm we were staying on, fry them, and cinnamon to them for a perfect after dinner treat or an amazing breakfast! @vegannomad in PDX.
