Throwback to when I went to NYC with my family to recreate pictures that my grandparents had taken. My grandmothet always loved this church. The falafel there was amazing!! @vegannomad in PDX

New England VegFest had only been open a few minutes for members and this was already the line for the Vegan Treats Bakery booth 😄 My picture does not do it justice; there had to be about 100 people ahead of me (and about 50 more behind)! An hour later, and the line was about 300-400 people!! @vegannomad in PDX

Throwback to when I went to China. Even at this remote location of The Great Wall, the vegan food there was so fresh and light. It was perfect for that long and physically demanding day. @vegannomad in PDX

Walt Disney World is my happy place, however, after going vegan, I was worried about how I would fair in the land of jumbo turkey legs. I was happily surprised.
