Unfortunately most of the folks I know who have traveled around Germany have connected at the Frankfurt airport, but don’t have much experience in the city itself. I have heard that there are good dining options for vegans at the airport, and that airlines like Lufthansa have excellent caterers there. Our travelers have had wonderful vegan meals flying out of Frankfurt.
