My throwback Thursday photos go way back – to a year and a half long trip I took after I graduated from university. During the trip I volunteered for a month to work on an ancient Roman archaeological dig. The volunteers were mostly in their early 20’s and were from all over the world. It was truly an amazing experience! If you have some free time during your travels and can find a good archaeological dig to work on, I highly recommend looking into it.
