Hello, my name is Monica, and I’m a Korean-Canadian doctoral student currently studying in Montreal. I have been vegetarian for three years and vegan for two, and love discovering vegan eateries around the world. I travel quite a lot, so I wanted to share some of my experiences and also get to know yours. There will be a huge vegan fest in Montreal early November, and I’m looking forward to that for now. 🙂
