Got to celebrate Cinco de Mayo authentically without having to travel to far but my office in downtown Dallas! Was super happy to have Taco Diner cater for us today and provide this huge guacamole nacho mountain for me as it was the only vegan option, but I wasn’t complaining! Not to mention the delicious mango water and ghost pepper sauce made with coconut milk! @vegannomad in PDX
