A trip to Lower Greenville, Dallas is always exciting when I get to stop at HG Supply Co, especially now that they’re vegan menu is growing! I grew up on Alabama/southern food, so grits are always a delicious and savory treat that take me back to my roots. This dish was called the True Grit, complete with poblano cauliflower-cashew grits, sauteed rainbow chard and mushrooms, and fresh spring mix salad. It was the perfect addition to a beautiful spring day sitting on the patio of HG. 😀 @vegannomad in PDX.
