This looks so good! I had a similar meal this past weekend from a place called Soul Vegan in Chicago– the local Whole Foods carry their prepared foods line. I’m sure yours was better since I ate mine cold in the airport waiting on my delayed flight, but still, I can’t pass up vegan soul food!
I wonder if it’s the same as Soul Veg in Tallahassee! I love that place!
I didn’t even know there was a vegan soul food place in Tally!
