    After tabling for Woodstock, the crew and I had to stop at Champs to eat. This Kale Mexican Salad was bonkers. Filled with Kale Tomatoes, Corn, Black Beans, Avocado and a Lime dressing and of Course I had to get a side of Tofu Scramble and a Vanilla Milkshake.
