Amy’s drive-thru is younger than your book I think, but it’s pretty wonderful for vegan travelers! I just made it there for the second time since they opened and am so happy to report that there are still lines of people and cars for this yummy vegan food!
Haha.. that’s right, I do believe it opened just a week before I first visited them, last summer (I was actually up that way for a book signing/reading). 🙂 I liked it a lot!! Exactly what I wanted/was hoping for out of a fast food joint. Did you get a milkshake (they come with those biodegradable straws!!) 🙂
Yes! I wasn’t sure I could trust those paper straws but they hold up!
