Back in Albany/Troy, NY for a few days and I had to stop at two of my favorites: Berben & Wolff’s Vegan Delicatessen (this vegan big mac tho) and Vital Eats (the falafel salad). So good! B&W is the only fully-vegan eatery in Albany, NY and Vital Eats is a pop-up at the Troy and Saratoga Farmers Markets. They actually have a line of vegan cheese sauce and hot sauces dropping in Wegmnas, Whole Foods Markets, and some select stores in the PNW, in just a week or so! 🙂
