This past weekend we paid a visit to Beechwood Donuts in St. Catherines, Niagara Falls, and holy man are their doughnuts ever good!!

They are the closest we have had to the yeasty classic donut of our non-vegan days.

My personal fave is the birthday cake.

A doughnut filled with light whipped cream, and topped with mashed vanilla birthday cake and rainbow sprinkles.
