I was blown away that this fish ‘n’ chips cafe in Brattleboro, VT carries clearly labeled vegan options, including this tofu salad. Sounds simple and maybe doesn’t look like much but by golly it was delicious. The dipping sauce was out of this world, the tofu slightly seasoned, and mixed veggies among the salad had a little kick and were very well flavored. Many of the local vegans I’ve met here recommended this place. I can see why!
