I had a great lunch at Superfresh in Brattleboro, Vermont yesterday. Superfresh is a 99% vegan restaurant (they offer honey in some things). It’s mostly organic and non-GMO as well. Super yummy and healthy! This is their mushroom burger. Oh and definitely try the mylkshakes and french fries! 🙂
