Has anyone tried the Hampton Creek vegan cookie dough yet? It’s delicious (raw spoonfuls) AND as baked cookies. Good luck getting to the baking part because it’s hard to NOT eat from the jar! Haha! 🙂 …. In related news, after 8 months abroad and little access to a proper kitchen I was stoked to bake these (even if they aren’t from scratch). Also having access to a Vitamix again is heavenly. LOL. 🙂

Ready-made vegan cookie dough is a dangerous game for me, haha. Rarely do I ever bake anything from those tubs, and I’m not mad about it! Have you tried the Birthday Cake variety from Hampton Creek yet?
I haven’t but I keep hearing about it! That and the peanut butter flavor. Ugh. I need to try them!
Those cookies are my weakness, I love the Birthday Cake one especially!
between hampton creek and eat pastry it’s a wonder I don’t weight 500 lbs! The only saving grace is that they’re harder to find in Canada…
